Trying To Confirm Mobile Phone Number, Get A 'server Error' Page

I'm trying to enter a mobile phone number in order to verify my account for creating a new app. Any mobile phone number that I enter (country code +972) always shows a "Server Error" page on http://www.facebook.com/confirmphone.php: HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request. Is the +972 country code (Israel) not supported? How can I confirm my phone number?
