Hi. Step 1: Clear “Enable third party browser extensions” option in internet explorer

a) Open Internet Explorer > Go to Tools and select “internet options “

b) Go to advanced tab > uncheck or clear “Enable third party browser extensions” from browsing section

c) Click apply and ok > restart internet explorer and check to see if the issue persists

Step 2: Run Internet Explorer in "No Add-ons" mode and test

To determine whether the error is caused by an add-on, run Internet Explorer in "No Add-ons" mode. To do this, follow these steps:

a) Click Start, and then type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box.

b) Click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Internet Explorer opens without add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.

c) Test to see if the issue persists on Facebook
