Tried To Sign On And Getting Message That Email Is Incorrect

tried to sign on to face book and getting a message that my email address is not correct but when i tried to create another account with that email address it says that that email is associated with another account

There seems to be a problem within facebook. You are not the only one that is having this problem, many people are frustrated and confused and there seems to be no way to contact facebook technical support....

So we all just have to wait for the problem to be fixed. I am having the same problem as well :/
