Is he having problems? School? Social? Family? Has his behavior changed? Does he seem unhappy?
Have you talked to him about it? I would recommend exploring the why first. When you understand where he is coming from you can talk to him about the seriousness of the post and his responsibility to remove it. Then perhaps he will agree to access the account and delete it himself.
