Sending Free Spins

After completing free spins from the Scatter in Slotomania, I am unable to send 10 free spins to my friends. I get an error message. The only free spins I can send are the 5 free spins. It is obviously not related to my level because I have completed more than 300 levels. What do I do? A279;
