The possible problem is you have been blocked by the Facebook administrators from posting on your wall and commenting on other people's page. You might have used these features abusively before. Remember that Facebook and most websites do not tolerate abusive activities. Perhaps you should read the information from the links below about commenting and posting walls on Facebook.
