1.) Just login to your Facebook profile.
2.) Go to the Messages Tab and you can see the list of messages.
3.) Then Select particular or all messages that you want to remove.
4.) Now Click the “Action” menu to open the drop down sub-menu having option “Delete Messages”
5.) Just select that option to delete the messages from your Inbox.
