I Have Can't Get Into My Old Facebook Account

I have lost access to my old facebook account with all my photos and details on it i opened a new account and traced it by my telephone number how do i regain permanent access will not be able to retrieve all the data from my old one to the new one

If the old account was deleted (not just inactivated), it's gone forever. otherwise, you can ordinarily log into it just as if it were still active. Facebook however does have a rule against having two accounts at one time, so that might be the problem; if so, you're probably out of luck.
