Need A Person To Help Resolve A Problem Helpcenter Was No Help At All

need help resovling problems of 2 accounts with facebook how i got 2 i have no clue, but saw where they will give grief is u have 2 need to have someone to talk to what little i saw in their help center i tried and it didn't work at all just messed things up more. this is ridiculous has big as facebook thinks they are and people flock to u'd think they have a better customer service dept.
