my FB account says that my protection security is medium,and ask my mobile number to call or send a code by text, i did many times but i never got any answers

Sorry, but there's not much more you can do. Facebook unfortunately does not currently offer personal support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).

Turn to Facebook's help discussions.
