I Lost My Mobile Number Facebook Sent My Verify Code To Old Number Help Me?

i cannot use my facebook about 2 weeks now because there is a facebook security check about a code sent to your mobile number but i lost it about a couple months ago. so please help me.. i miss facebook now. :((
