Why Have You Loked Me Out

I am asked to verify my identity....for an account I have had for years. I am a real person. Have been since 4/4/60. I only have one phone number the one associated with the account. I cannot give you a cell number..because I DO NOT own one. Please I have a young family member in the hospital and Facebook is how I am keeping up with what's happening. Help!!!!!
