Why Can't I Login To Candy Crush? It Says I Don't Have Access To The Kingdom!

Hello debbyf,

You may want to clear you internet cache and cookies, then reboot/restart your system. Once completed, try accessing Candy Crush again.

If your game issue is still not resolved, you can contact Candy Crush Facebook Support by submitting their online form, you can access the form here

Once at the link:

Scroll down to the bottom
Click on the more link
Choose Contact Us to access the form.

Fill in the requested info and enter your issue in the details box. A response should be received within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends.

If you change your Facebook password due to heart bleed security flaw it won't let you connect to the kingdom you would have to delete and reinstall candy crush, however it will only remember the last level you registered/ signed in with Facebook. So if you have advanced with no access to the kingdom yiu are screwed. Hoping king will do something as heartbleed is a SERIOUS SECURITY ISSUE!
