Login Approval Code Issues

I Have An Extra Security Feature On Facebook - Login Approval Code That Sens And Sms To My Mobile After Ive Logged In. Without This I Cann Access My Fb Account. The Thing Is I Relocated To Another Country. Dont Have Access To The Recognised Device Which Is Sitting In South Africa And The Sim Card Has Been Deactivated. Im Now In The Uk With A Different Laptop And Mobile Number And No Acces Via My Computer To My Account. Ive Reported This To Facebook Through Their Help Page Many Many Times But No One Helps Me. Can Anyone Help Me With A Direct Contact Or Email Address. I Simply Cannot Afford To Fly Back To South Africa Hunt Down A Computer I No Longer Have Just To Get Login Approval Reset. Helpppp :(
