I Can't Log In. The Phone Is Connected With Another Account.

i cant log in. somebody broke into my page and now when I try to log in it tells me that my phone is connected with another account and i don't have access tp the mail i signed in withwhat do i do?

If you can't log in with your mobile number:

Make sure you enter your entire phone number, including the country code
Leave out any extra zeros, + signs or other special characters

If you still can't log in or forgot your password, get help.

Note: If you signed up for Facebook from your mobile phone, you can use your phone number and the password you created during the signup process to log in from a computer or phone.
