I clicked on a friends link and this is what I got--Block! You are engaging in behavior that may be considered annoying or abusive by other users. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot I can tell you in addition to what you've quoted from Facebook. Facebook has probably determined that the rate at which you were submitting those posts is in excess of its standards (which it does not reveal).

Facebook does not accept protests from these decisions, so you'll just have to wait.
