Hide Postings. They Do Not Stay Hidden. What Is Wrong?

1. Facebook says how to hid a posting and then when used it says it will be hidden in the future. But they keep coming back.   2. Does anyone know to to contact [email or web site] Facebook's actual helpdesk? [I don't think they have one; relying on your friends to fix their problems is a poor business model]?
