Hello, I Havnt Been Able To Upload A New Profile Picture Dosnt Load?

Hi for over a week now I am unable to upload a picture as my profile picture? just contiues to load for hours but dosnt change my picture, I tried to change it via tagging my self in a picture and making it my profile pic, but keeps coming up in ree '' unable to change?'' also im not receving any notifcations on ibox message? help please x
