I Cannot Find My Friend On Facebook She Has Not Blocked Me I Have Entered Her Name On My Block List And Her Name Comes Up ? I Can Find Her On Whatsapp But Not Facebook

Sorry for your problems. Disappearance of a friend may result from one of the following:

This person removed you from his/her friend List, either intentionally or accidentally. (You have discounted that possibility.)
This person has deactivated his/her account, causing a disappearance from all friend Lists.
It's also possible there may be a security issue.
