I Have Forgotten My Password

i have forgotten my password when i request a new one they ask me for the confirmation code that was sent to my email address but nothing ever gets sent so i am unable to access my facebook account and i have now been trying for over 2 day's and am at a lose to know what to do

Did you try going to your spam folder? or request a new code.

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

You must be able to use an email address registered with Facebook. Otherwise, if you can't recall your password, you're out of luck. Sorry.
