How Can I Get The Fb Log-in Pg. To Show Both E-mail And Password?

I have 2 fb accounts.  I can't access the one I have used for the past 3 years.  I am stuck on the one I (inadvertently) created and have no information or contact info.  I want to get back to my original fb page, but it will not show me the e-mail and password page so that I can enter my old e-mail address.  How can I find that page that has both e-mail and passoword?

You can request a password reset for your old account by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. (This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.)   If you've added a mobile number to your account, you can log in by entering that number in the Email field. Start with the country code and remove any leading zeroes and symbols.

(You also may be able to get into your account by answering a security question or getting help from friends. Details are here.)

Once you've entered your old account, click the down-arrow icon at the top right of any Facebook page to pull down the account menu, and then go to Account Settings.
