How Would I Get My Facebook Back? Please Help

my phone bill hasn't been paid for a long time so they gave that phone service to someone else.. the problem is I used my number as my email and took my email off. When I tried logging in, it said my password was incorrect but it Wasnt. I need help getting back into my account.
