Cannot Create My Photo Album With Title Neither Can Add Photos To Old Album.

I don't have flash player in my computer. How do I create photo album without down loading flash player? I did it before without having any problem. At present, my "create album" and "add photo" options are not working neither I can adjust or edit my profile picture........please help
