I Constantly Am Lossing My Connection To The Server When Playing Farkle Why?

I HAVE BROAD BAND WIRELESS SPRINT CARD AND IT HAS NEVER STOPPED THOUGH FACEBOOK SEEMS TO DISCONNECT ME WHEN I AM WINNING NEVER WHEN I AM LOSING I AM SICK OF THIS HAPPENING I HAVE CHECKED AND REDOWNLOAD ALL MY SOFTWARE FROM SPRINT THEY HAVE CHECKED MY CONNECTION AND IT HAS NEVER FAILED WHEN THEY SAID IT HAS. TO TOP THAT OFF I DONT EVEN GET MY POINTS BACK IT HAS TAKEN THOUSANDS OF POINTS FROM ME.
