If you're being asked to enter a login code and you can’t access your phone:

Try logging into Facebook from a computer or phone that you’ve already linked to your account (ex: one of your recognized devices)
Use one of your saved codes
If you're still stuck, file a report

Once you’ve logged in you can add a new mobile number to your account or turn off login approvals.
