How Do I Cancel The Review Activity?

each time i login facebook, i get stuck with this review activity asking me the answer for my secret question and it just shows me window saying suspicious account access and when i press this is okay button, is doesn't give any result, am just unable to access my facebook. please help me. how do i access my account without me being asked about the review activity?
