Business Page Manager Account Deactivated

I was deactivated due to not using my real name and using my nickname instead. Im fine with letting facebook go but I NEED the business page! I have tried verifying my identification by sending them proof but every time i try the screen goes all white. I was just the business page manager. So how can I give the page access to someone else?
