Application Links Dont Work

when i click on any application link in FB it goes to a page that says sorry temporaily unavail. It claims that i might have used multiple browsers or bookmarks. and then says checkback in a few hours. why woudl i get locked for hours fo somethignthat simple? I dont what i did wrong. i dont do anything diferentthan i normally do in last several months. i use internet explor and firefox but not at same time. i use one when the other isnt working properly for an aplicatin such as mafia wars. i hear firefix is better . but as far as siultaneous browsers i only right click on mafia wars gifters. that allows me to save origianl page so i dont leave out one of my mafia friends and regift thtem all back if i wasnt allowed to use mult broswer id only be able to regift one person and forget who else gifted me. i hope i am makign sense. i really dont know what i did wrong. i am dong same things i always do. if thers a way to check what i did so i dont repeat this i woudl very much appreciate a response.
