I Am Being Accused Of Sending Friend Request To People Who Don't Know Me

I am being accused of sending friend request to people I do not know and they don't know me. Some of the people I was already friends with.They told me if I do it again I could be blocked. They put about 40 names and I just deleted them. Its crazy, I had 243 friends. I see people with alot more friends. Please help me!!!!
