This means that your Facebook account has been disabled due to some reasons which are against the terms and conditions of Facebook. According to Facebook, the following are some of the common reasons.

That error is sent to mobile devices using facebook chat. if you login to http://www.facebook.com on a pc and you should be ok. From what I read, you are not alone. There are alot of people having this issue right now. Apparently there is a new build for the chat being implemented and the popular speculation is thats whats causing the problem but i admit i couldn't find a definitive answer at this time.
