To Get In My Account I Need My Phone To Get The Code That Is Sent But Lost Phone
So I Need To Reset My Code Up To My New Phone Number So That I Can Regain Control Of My Account

If you're being asked to enter a login code and you can’t access your phone:
- Try logging into Facebook from a computer or phone that you’ve already linked to your account (ex: one of your recognized devices)
- Use one of your saved codes
- If you're still stuck, file a report
