My Account Is All Mixed Up With My Wife's Account. How Do I Correct It?

I set up my account first. Then my wife set up her account, but changed my user name and password with hers. I cannot change it back to my own, because my user name and password are not available, simply because it is already existing under my name. How do I fix this mess?
