My Account Has Been Hacked Into And I Dont Have Acess To The Email Account That

My account has been hacked into and I dont have acess to the email account that it was set up under, it was also deactived and they changed my security question answer. I see in the help center it gives a way to have your friends help but im not getting that option. Please help! I can verfy all my friends on my page!
