I Am Not Able To Make A Comment When Someone Sends Me Something.

I am unable to make a comment when I receive something. I hit like and then comment, but I keep getting a box that says that I am not finished making my comment. I have 2 choices-stay on page or exit page. I need to know why this is doing this and how to resolve it.
