6 Digit Code

my phone logged me out of my account and I can't remember my password and Everytime I try to go to rest, I don't get a code sent to my phone, I have been waiting 2 days, I have both my businesses on my Facebook and several of my friends and photos on there can you please help me get back in. Thank you.
