I Want An Ip Address For Who Logged Into My Fb Acct During Specifc Date And Time

I have an ex who is harassing me. I think he has a key logger on my PC that he can access remotely so he keeps getting my PWs. I have a specific date and time for the last time he logged in and have been trying to get in touch with FB to get the IP address from which this person logged in on that date and time but they continue to fail to respond to me when I leave messages asking for that information.
