Video Calling On Facebook

I currently cannot conduct video calling/conversationss with friends on facebook. I am also using a new Laptop computer, (purchased in April 2012). When I try to call friends, i get an error message, "vieo calling currently unavailable, try later". how do i download the video call feature and utilize the fetures of video calling?

To start a video call with a Facebook friend, select the person in your list and click "video call."

or you can download the latest skype version...its easy to use it.
