Why Can't Upload A Video File In My Face Book Account
recently I faceing a problem in my face book account, I like to upload video files ( mp4 format) but I can't upload it. please help me

Facebook says:
Your ability to upload videos has been disabled because you have repeatedly uploaded videos which appear to contain copyrighted material owned by a third party, such as video clips or background audio.
