How Can I Unhijack My Hijacked Account?

I have a hacker on my facebook account, or my account has been hijacked. I can still use it, but now the hacker is posting on my friends walls, supposedly from me! They are not very pleased about it, and neither am I. I had to enter a mobile fone number to be verified. this i did, and now my phone has been hacked. Facebook don't want to know. it's no good changing the password every time , as it's cracked within 30 seconds. i opened a new account, and whoa! The hacker was alrready there! 'like' button out of line, comment greyed out. it's the same on the game applications. i get so far, then zoom! in comes the hacker, out go my virtual purchases.
