How Can U Close Off An Account You Can't Get Into Anymore ...!?! Hi Would Reall

can it be closed your end ?! Hi would really really am in need for customer service to contact me regarding my account I would need cancelled. I Hsve tried to get into it by changing my password but then get told the account is temp blocked then to use computer used before which I have no longer got !! Please all I need is for this account to be completely cancelled. Thank you for your help n look forward in your assistance when your call centre contact me. ;)
