How Do I Stop Multiple Annoying News Feed?

I don't know where they are coming from...Today I have 199 of them and many are repeats..Way too many to hide(one at a time) They come from; Proud to be a mommy, Urban farm and garden, Memories of lifetime in Memphis,tn., Scription T shirts.. Unless this can be resolved I will have to stop Facebook..I contacted your phone people but cannot understand what they are saying because of heavy accents.
