I Have A Small Marketing Business. I M Just Getting My Feet Wet With Social Medi

I have a restaurant client with several FB pages -- all created by old employees. The owner has no idea what email or password these accounts were set up under. Is there any way to merge them into a single page, and how do I make myself administrator.
