Why Am I Seeing 'unnamed App On Facebook' Why Is My Screen All White

I can log onto Facebook, but not Farmville. I see the message 'unnamed app on facebook' at the top of my screen. My screen is all white. The bottom lower left, says 'done' I can't open up my farmville account. What is going on, and how can this problem be fixed?
