Only you can delete a message or conversation from your inbox, unless your account was hacked or you let someone else sign in as you. (You cannot retrieve deleted messages, although you can go back and find messages you archived. More at this Facebook page.)

If you think your account might have been hacked: Submit www.facebook.com/hacked to restore safe access.
