This is a problem with the HTML source code of the page you are viewing. It may be the coding itself or the rendering being done by your browser.

First thought it to try a different browser. If you use Internet Explorer try Firefox or Chrome, etc.

Try turning off all pop-up blockers or filters you have running. They are great for blocking ads but they can frequently break web pages.

Try the same page on a different computer. Use a friends PC. Do you get the same result? If so there is an issue on your PC that will be difficult to diagnose from here. I would recommend contacting a local independent tech and have them look things over.
