How Do I Get Rid Of A Second Account When I No Longer Have Access?

Around two Years ago, we had someone open up a Facebook account for our Marine Corps Recruiting Station in San Mateo. The person who set up the account left the area with no contact information or giving us access to the account. we have now been required by our command to have the account but the other account has the name they are requiring us to use. How can we fix this and change the name of our account to the one we are required to use when the old unused account has the name?

Without the sign-in information you cannot delete the old account. You cannot change the name of the new account to that of an old existing account.
