Return Or Enter Key To Submit A Comment Just Takes Me To A New Line

Now that the blue 'comment' box has been taken off I can no longer comment as when I use either enter or return keys it just takes me to a new line. I never had a problem until the blue box was taken off, this is so frustrating as been like this for days now.
