How Do I Recover My Old Facebook Account

I need to know how to recover my old Facebook account it is linked to a yahoo email account in wichi don't have the password to anymore I also must have entered the wrong birthday because when I enter it they say it is wrong I also no longer have the same mobile phone number as I did This VERY VERY Important to me because the only pictures I have left of my dead Mother are on there PLEASE PLEASE HELP
