I Have Problem With My Ex Boyfriend Hacking Into My Facebook Account.

He has went into my account and changed my password and locked me out of my account !! I have tried many times to recover it but it still has me locked out please tell me how I can get this resolved and keep my ex boyfriend from hacking to my page ever again !! Thanks
