Cant Post To My Profile Or My Friends Walls - Keep Getting Warning Pop-ups

Every time I try to post on my profile or on my friends' walls I get a warning stating "Some content in this message has been reported as abusive by Facebook users. " - There is absolutely NOTHING ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE anywhere on my site or in any of my posts but all day long I have been unable to post because I keep getting these "pop-ups". Help please.
